VisionLabs (“we”) operates uploadvision.com. This policy describes what we collect, why, and which processors we use.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, role (creator or developer), session identifiers
- Creator profile: country, social handles, PayPal payout email, Vision Pro attestation
- Developer profile: company name, campaign and App Store metadata you submit
- Submissions: pitches, YouTube URLs, optional upload metadata
- Billing: subscription status and Stripe customer references (we do not store full card numbers)
- Security: Cloudflare Turnstile signals and standard server logs
How we use it
To operate the marketplace, process subscriptions, pay creators, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
Processors
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, D1 database, R2 storage, Turnstile
- Stripe — developer subscription billing
- Resend — transactional email to founders and (when enabled) users
- Google — optional OAuth sign-in when configured
Retention & rights
We retain account and campaign data while your account is active and as needed for billing, payouts, and legal compliance. Contact us to request access or deletion where applicable.
