Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VisionLabs at uploadvision.com (the “Service”), operated by Funkylogic Studio. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The Service

VisionLabs connects visionOS developers with Apple Vision Pro owners who record spatial app demos. We provide listing, application, review, and billing tools. We do not guarantee campaign volume, creator availability, video quality, or marketing outcomes.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Creators attest Vision Pro ownership. Developers must have rights to promote the apps they submit. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Developer subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Approved creator submissions consume video slots for the billing period. Declined work before approval does not consume slots. Slot balances do not roll over. Refunds are handled case-by-case during the founding period.

Creator payouts

Founding creator payouts are processed manually via PayPal to the email on your profile, typically within seven days of developer approval. Published rates apply to approved videos only. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Automated payout rails may replace manual processing in a future release.

Content & licenses

Creators grant developers a license to use approved demo videos for app marketing. Developers retain rights to their apps. Do not submit misleading, infringing, or unsafe content.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
